Almonds and Free Stuff!

Almonds: I have to admit, I didn't really like them as a kid. I liked them well enough cooked in food but that was a rare occurrence. Now, as an adult, I know that they are healthy for me. I keep a pack of dry roasted or raw almonds (unsalted of course) in my fridge most of the time. 24 almonds is a serving in most cases but I limit myself to 12 since I tend to eat other nuts throughout the day.

Why the speech about almonds? Look what a cool box you can get for free...

I found the link posted on one of the webmd weight loss boards. I already signed up but then according to my dh, I always get stuff just because it is free!
