Boston Chef has a homemade soup recipe up that sounds divine. I probably would sub a different type of bean but that is only because DH and I have decided that other than hummus, we don't really like chickpeas. I used to love them but... I can't get excited over them in recent days.
Go and check out their blog. They discovered Penzey's spices and have a few recipes that I need to try.
